General Provisions
We make no warranty as to products distributed by us, without limitation any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products, and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Returns
All sales are final except for defects in manufacturing. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE without prior approval from Spanky's. All packages returned to Spanky's must be identified with a Return Authorization Number. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in good working order. Except for warranty returns, all returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge. Restocking fees and a freight charge-back will also be assessed on refused shipments. Items said to be sale items will not be accepted for return. All electrical parts must be returned in new condition (unopened package).
